Kaneez Machinery – Official Warranty Terms (UAE)

Kaneez Machinery provides a standard 1-year service warranty on all machinery supplied across the UAE. This warranty covers service support, technician visits, and repair assistance for manufacturing-related issues.

1. Service Warranty Coverage for All Machines (Standard Policy)

• All machines sold by Kaneez Machinery include 1 year of free service warranty.
• Warranty applies to manufacturing defects and functional issues that require technician repair.
• Warranty includes service support, inspection, and maintenance corrections during the warranty period.

2. On-Site Service or Service Center Support

On-site or service center support depends on the type of machine and will be clearly communicated at the time of order confirmation.

• Heavy machines (CNC routers, panel saws, compressors, packaging lines) typically include on-site service.
• Small/portable machines may require service at our dedicated service center.
• The exact service method is confirmed in the sales quotation and final invoice.

3. What Is NOT Covered Under Warranty

To avoid misunderstanding, the following items are not covered:

• Spare parts (no warranty for spare parts)
• Consumables such as belts, blades, bearings, nozzles, filters, glue, heaters
• Damage caused by electrical issues, improper wiring, unstable power supply
• Damage due to misuse, overloading, or incorrect operation
• Damage caused by third-party repair or modification
• Wear-and-tear items that naturally deplete during machine usage
• Accidental or physical damage

4. Warranty Claim Procedure

To request warranty service, customers must follow the steps below:

1. Report the issue via WhatsApp or email with photos/video

2. Technician will diagnose the issue within 24 hours

3. If a service visit is required, it will be scheduled based on machine type and location

4. Warranty-related service is provided free of charge during the 1-year period

5. If spare parts are required, they will be quoted separately (parts are not covered)

6. A digital service report will be issued after the repair

5. Warranty Validity Conditions

Warranty remains valid only when:

• Machine is installed by Kaneez Machinery or an authorized technician
• Machine is operated according to the manual and safety guidelines
• Preventive maintenance schedule is followed
• Original invoice and machine serial number are available

Warranty becomes void if the machine is repaired by unauthorized personnel.

6. Additional Notes for Customers

• Warranty does not extend beyond the first year
• Extended warranty options are currently not available
• Spare parts are always chargeable, even during the warranty period
• Preventive maintenance visits after the warranty period are chargeable
