1. Response Time SLA (UAE)
Breakdown Response — Priority Levels
Level 1 – Critical Issues
• Machine completely down, production stopped
• Technician response: within 4 hours
• Resolution target: same day
• Weekend support available
Level 2 – High Priority Issues
• Machine partially running or major fault
• Technician response: within 8 hours
• Resolution target: within 24 hours
Level 3 – Standard Issues
• Non-urgent faults or performance issues
• Technician response: within 24 hours
• Resolution target: within 48 hours

2. Installation & Commissioning SLA

UAE-wide installation: 48–72 hours after delivery
