Our technical team responds to service requests within 4 working hours. Most issues — error codes, calibration problems, software settings, and operational guidance — are resolved remotely through phone or video call without waiting for a site visit.
On-Site Technical Visit — Within 24 Hours
If remote troubleshooting cannot resolve the issue, our technicians reach your location within 24 working hours. For Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman, we often arrange same-day visits. For Abu Dhabi, RAK, Fujairah, and UAQ, our team arrives within 24 hours.
Weekend & Emergency Support
We understand production doesn't always stop on weekends. When urgent issues arise outside working hours, our team makes every effort to provide remote guidance or arrange emergency support to minimize your downtime.
Spare Parts Availability

Same-Day Installation Available
For ready-stock machines, installation is completed on the same day as delivery or at a time that suits your production schedule. You choose the date, and our team arrives prepared.
What's Included:
Every installation covers unloading and positioning, leveling and alignment, power connection guidance, test runs with your materials, and hands-on operator training. Your team learns to operate the machine safely and efficiently before we leave.
Turnkey Setup
For complete workshop or production line setups — combining multiple machines like CNC routers with dust extraction, or filling lines with labeling and coding — we handle the full integration and commissioning as a single project.
Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
Preventive maintenance reduces breakdowns, extends machine life, and keeps your production predictable. Kaneez Machinery offers AMC packages tailored to your equipment and usage intensity.
AMC Includes:
Scheduled preventive maintenance visits (quarterly, bi-annual, or annual based on your needs), inspection and cleaning of critical components, lubrication and filter replacements, calibration checks, performance reports, and priority response for unscheduled service calls.
